A pregnancy bell, also known as a Mexican bell, is a tinkling bell worn by expectant mothers on a long cord or chain so that it moves over their growing belly. The bell emits soft tinkling sounds that the baby can hear as early as the 20th week and which have a soothing effect.

The pendant—a cage with angel wings containing a small bell + a wing pendant + a crystal bead—is suspended on a 65 cm ball chain + a 120 cm black satin cord is included, the length of which the expectant mother can adjust to her own needs.
